I understand that they tried to blow open some cars that still contained propane with exterior charges but it wasn't completely successful. Time to call out the Strathcona's with their Leopard IIs for some HE target practice.

PublicAnimalNo9 PublicAnimalNo9:
I've said this before and I'll say it again. During the 12 years of Liberal rule, those oil sands were the greatest thing for Canada since sliced bread. Oh, the economic opportunities they offered our country.
Yet the moment the govt changed to the Conservatives, those same "hallowed" oil sands became a disgrace and embarrassment to Canada.

Meanwhile, idiots like Hudema are incapable of seeing or thinking anything beyond their own tiny ideology.

In fairness, production and development of the resource didn't really take off until about 2004 or so, by which time the Liberals were in a minority situation IIRC.

After everything really ramped up (and US news started talking about it after 9/11 as a more secure source than ME oil), that was when the environmentalists really started to take notice of the oilsands.

Having said that, I generally agree on your sentiments about extremist environmentalism.
