We all know that Germany does not have the death penalty, however when dealing with these types of gruesome cases of premeditated murder, it would surely be a suitable form of punishment. I am sure many Germans would not be opposed to Capital Punishment for these types of cases. They should contact their lawmakers to at least give some consideration to the idea.
What difference would it make?
