I'm right between Bart and Andy on this. I'm a justice, not vengance kind of guy; and there have been plenty of false accusations of this kind made. And as the article said, he has a right to a fair and speedy trial. So I'd like the victim to be able to pull out a gun and blow away the accused upon conviction. And only the victim.
The victim decides what kind of vengance is needed. If they forgive; then it's life in solitary.
