CBS station WJZ in Baltimore, Md. reported that the accident occurred around 8:45 p.m. Thursday when Marianable Cruz-Lopez mistakenly stepped on the gas instead of the brake. She hit five children -- ranging from a toddler to an 11-year-old -- and then rammed into the garage. She has not been charged and drugs and alcohol were not believed to be a factor, Parker said to WJZ.
