Well, gay people can't procreate, while those involved with incest can. And inbreeding leads to deformity and all sorts of diseases.

Exactly. This is creepy and should be taboo, but is it really something that the government, the police and the courts should involve themselves in? Of course not. We've got criminal gangs to worry about, rampant gun violence, an epidemic of dangerous drivers on our roads, etc, etc. Accountability, in this case, is a matter for the court of public opinion, nothing more.

What does it matter if they were gay brothers or brother and sister or mother and son or father and daughter? ADULTS that is. Do I want these people prosecuted? No. Do I find it disgusting? Yes.

Morality and values have NOTHING to do with the law. Or religion for that matter.

Never know, right. I don't care what consenting adults get up to, but there should be no damages arising from it. Producing a damaged kid isn't worth the risk. Of course then by that logic we'd have to set an upper age limit for when men and women can reproduce as well.
