I'm not going to get drawn into a discussion about the alleged rights of every genetic mutation out there (take THAT, Professor X). I'm just going to say that there's really no precedent to say that a desire for cosmetic surgery to satisfy an unnatural urge belongs in an argument about rights. It doesn't. If I were gay and found myself being lumped in with something that should be properly addressed with medication and intensive psychotherapy I'd be deeply offended.
