Quick question; why should free speech be bound by property if it can't even be bound by human fucking decency?

If you need to be approved for a permit, it sorta seems like there may be some limits on your speech, correct?

You're okay with those limits on free speech though; you seem to think petitioning for a slip of paper for permission to gather and say something is a "right"? How banal. It's a disincentive. Sure there's plenty of arguably good reasons for the permit system, but it's just one of those things we tolerate as it transgresses on the ability of people to express speech.

"Always waiting for permission to feel accomplishment, that's my motto."

The permit isn't to filter the speech but to limit who assembles in large groups and where they do it.

As we've seen in this case, many came to the defence of the white nationalists because the permit was attempted to be denied due to what they thought the group was going to say. You can't do that.

And please, don't justify violence just because you don't like what's being said. The 'right' weren't there beating gays or hanging blacks.

Gettysburg Stands Firm: Battlefield Says All Monuments Staying Put

Officials at the Gettysburg National Military Park said Wednesday that the monuments at the expansive Pennsylvania battlefield will stay despite unrest over Confederate memorials.

"These memorials, erected predominantly in the early and mid-20th Century, are an important part of the cultural landscape," battlefield spokeswoman Katie Lawhon told the Hanover Evening Sun.

Gettysburg was the site of the bloodiest battle of the Civil War, from July 1-3, 1863.

Removing these monuments is white washing history. As for the suspect all the evidence is being gathered including the video and pictures of the car being attacked before the gas was hit. It's ghoulish how the Left has taken the death of this young woman turning her into a martyr but it's what they do never letting an opportunity go to waste like they did with the Ron Brown memorial and Paul Wellstone memorials.
