The confusion stemmed from the fact that u waited a few days and multiple pages of posts to respond. And how exactly does one "cheap shot" rep points? Should I issue a challenge to a duel before neg prepping someone? I'm afraid I don't seem understand the process, perhaps because this was only the first or second time I've ever neg replied some one.
