A third piece of the puzzle would be the toxicology report. If there happens to be anything found that might explain how Mike Brown might have been shot and kept advancing toward the officer, then the defense becomes even more believable. Unless someone is emotionally invested in an alternative narrative to the extent that one might ignore plain facts

A partial report on the first autopsy on Mike Brown has been released, and it completely goes against all of the eyewitness accounts that said he was shot in the back as he was running away.

From the New York Times:

Michael Brown, the unarmed black teenager who was killed by a police officer, sparking protests around the nation, was shot at least six times, including twice in the head, a preliminary private autopsy performed on Sunday found.

One of the bullets entered the top of Mr. Brown’s skull, suggesting his head was bent forward when it struck him and caused a fatal injury, according to Dr. Michael M. Baden, the former chief medical examiner for the City of New York, who flew to Missouri on Sunday at the family’s request to conduct the separate autopsy. It was likely the last of bullets to hit him, he said.

Mr. Brown, 18, was also shot four times in the right arm, he said, adding that all the bullets were fired into his front.


This also corroborates with the so-called “game-changer” video we posted before, which claims that Mike Brown charged the officer. On the other hand, the shots to his arms could have been made if he had his arms up. The report doesn’t detail at what angle the bullets wounded him, which could be a very important detail.

That attorney is bullshitting. All shots were entered from the front, ie the guy was facing the officer.

Take as look at the size of that "teen" and his behavior in the store robbery. And the fact that he was walking down the middle of the street. This guy thought he was all that, quite possible he was charging the cop.

Toxicology test will be interesting.

For those who have made up their mind, on either side, maybe try opening it again until more evidence comes out.

I think if you watch the video available from the link you gave you might change your mind. An expert examined the evidence. He said the final head-shot occurred either as Brown was falling or as he was rushing the cop with his head down. It looks more like the evidence shows it was more like the cop was trying to stop Brown, but as the rushing giant got closer and was still coming the cop went to head shot kill mode.
