The difference between cough syrup and SSRI's is that the reactions you speak of aren't common. Your using worst case scenarios and rare side effects to compare them to the effects of pot that are typical and common.

Because you keep insisting that he must be whacked out and can't drive or otherwise do a responsible job. You just can't seem to accept that there are different levels of intoxication with pot, depending on dosage, and that his dosage at any given time is small enough not to pose anymore problems than many other drugs people take. Weed isn't harmless, water isn't harmless, nothing is. Weed used in moderation isn't very harmful, either, tho.

no narcotic or medicine is harmless....only a retard like curt thinks pot is harmless. Rational adults look at these chemicals, and weigh the medical benefits against the potential harm. Even something considered as innocuous as Acetylsalicylic acid has risks associated with it. Same with wonder drugs like penicillin....it can kill quite a few people. We`re looking closer at drugs now and finding some that were considered dangerous actually do have a use, such as thalidomide and MDNA(XTC)
