Expanding old ones? Are you for real? Israelis evacuated the cities and settlements they had built during the years of occupation and left Gaza entirely in 2005.
Or to put it bluntly, there are no Israeli settlements in Gaza. How do you expand something that doesn't even exist? Logic dictates that in order to expand their settlements in the Gaza, they'd actually have to have settlements in the Gaza.
