As a guy who has served in Afghanistan twice and unfortunately, was close with one of the lads just brought home today, the first time I saw this video I was enraged, but after thinking about it, I actually feel sorry for these jerk-offs, for one they really show how stupid they are with their stereotypes of the Mounties and law enforcement in General, their lack of knowledge of the Canadian Military and our contribution to the mission. These are the kind of retards that show up at the Windsor border crossing in mid July with Ski's and wonder where all the snow is. As Canadian's we can be proud of the fact that we are educated enough to know what is going on beyond our borders and are not small minded jack asses like these people. Fortunately they do not represent the vast majority of Americans it has been my privlidge to know.

Pretty much sums up the way I saw it too. I mean this is a 3am show for a reason but the reaction to it was epic. Struck a nerve maybe? Also, this idea of an apology is about as far as it should go because your right they do deserve our pity as they are pathetic making comments that you would expect from preschoolers and even they have more respect. The suggestion about canceling Fox subscriptions is rich however, the people that are prone to get upset over this don't watch Fox anyway and the ones that do watch it won't cancel because this is the type of theater they expect and why they watch it for to begin with.
