Blue_Nose Blue_Nose: Mr_Canada Mr_Canada: It's called "Zeitgeist". If you are Right-Wing, Religious and possibly blindly patriotic, there is a good chance you will stop watching this movie before it's 5 minutes in. Not because you think it's bullshit, I stopped watching it after 5 minutes because it's bullshit - the notion that you think you're personally "revealing" this piece of crap to the world is a joke, it's over a year old. Thank you.

Gunnair Gunnair: Chagrin Chagrin: I don't think an untrained civilian with a rifle would stand up against a tank or air strikes. Just saying. Iraq and Afghanistan might suggest otherwise. Toss in look, talk, act just like them, even think like them, a million of us in their home country.... makes the whole idea absurd. This is more about "using" the threat of terrorism as an excuse to eliminate basic liberties and turning gov't into an arm of the corporations. 3,000,000 'copyright' fines before they'd nail one real criminal... I used to do many weekend visits to the USA when I lived down south. The border BS in recent years means I'd rather visit Quebec City, Halifax, the Arctic before I'd consider Vegas or Disneyland or Hawaii. Their loss, our gain.

lily lily: Tricks Tricks: lily lily: I suppose for you "enough" means one guy made a lukewarm rebuttal in addition to my post. Pretty much. Beating a dead horse isn't much fun. $1: Face it, Tricks - if some lefty had said something even remotely similar, you'd have been all over it. Doubt it. Hwacker didn't generalise the entire military. He said some signed up because they couldn't do anything else, other signed up to actually fight. So while it was a dick thing to say, he could have said worse. I wonder if even you believe what you're saying. I wonder if you're ever not a prick.

So you stopped before the movie even really started. Good to hear. I personally think you'd enjoy at least the first section of the movie. It explains where Christianity and most religions came directly from. Except that is old, and has been done on this forum without the help of some shitty movie before. You're not finding anything new. You're finding some asshole with too much time on his hands taking the theories of others and spouting them as his own.

Well, for one, this man doesn't claim they are his theories, which is why he provides sources. And why does a year matter in terms of religion? It doesn't. The movie itself isn't to outdated. He isn't dealing with problems specifically in 2007 or anything. Honestly, I think it's a pretty god damn good movie. And I can't wait for the second to come out. (It's not like Loose Change II.) I can wait. The religious part was ok, but been done and I had heard it all. The rest was just too funny to watch.

Um the 9/11 shit has been owned on this site before... I chose to stay out of your attack thread about the 9/11 Conspiracy. But perhaps I'll read a bit. Which forum section is it in? To see is it was really "owned" or just bitched about to death by both sides with evidence supporting their side and no outcome or agreement actually coming out. Wait a minute. So you have never read any of the stuff defeating conspiracy theories, but think it's right? Wow that's not biased at all. us-politics-f18/official-9-11-foiler-thread-t21142.html

I just decided to stay out of CKA's discussions because this site has a tendency to freak the hell out. Is that the only place you get your information? Movies?
