More lives than a cat. Let's see some people tossed in prison for fraud, or let's see the people paid to enforce laws sent to the unemployment line. No wonder the Chinese speak so strongly against our rights record when they land on Canadian soil...

I hate agreeing with you on anything political but I agree 100% with your post.
I think old toxicshocksyndrome was dropped on his head a few hundred times as a baby because no one could be that fucking stupid without some serious brain trauma.

You take a story that deserves attention and spread your nonsense all over it?

Well done.

Nothing like kicking the credibility right out of the post when you're here.

Every week is a multiple Millon dollar scandal/scheme/cover-up/"error" that occurs in Ontario. Some of these in the BILLIONS. Pray tell, how does such corruption go on unpunished? Corruption is akin to treason.

My credibility is intact. I didn't steal a dime and furthermore I didn't engage in a clear conflict of interest during an election while apparently, objectively enforcing the law.

What qualifies as a "human right" and abuse of government power? We are putting ourselves in a terrible situation when we call the kettle black, while simply defining Universal terms whenever they are convenient. The social and economic consequences of some of these decisions will be felt broadly and for generations.

The short answer would be that you're correct in pointing out that these problems exist and that something should be done about them. Your failure comes when you can't resist using it as an excuse to condemn the entire country and governmental system because of it.

Besides that, how can our allies trust us? 8O

Like the ethical British, who ethically sold us with no deception whatsoever those four top-of-the-line submarines?

Haha. Actually to be fair that was a case of buyer beware. Speaking of poor decisions, did anyone take the fall for that purchase? As I recall they had sat idle for a number of years and a British MP insinuated we were less than sharp in purchasing them.
