There is some classic Canadian arrogance. She has wasted BILLIONS. Used the backing of the Canadian currency to borrow, engaged in nepotism, crony capitalism and outright theft while the OPP has smiled and watched.
If deep cuts don't come to the security apparatus from coast to coast, this is the end result. Don't come out and pretend you care about the health of citizens now, when you wasted so many years burning money as if it grew on trees.
