The Democrats did indeed orchestrate the shutdown because they linked amnesty for illegal aliens to the Federal budget.

That was their choice and so far as I am concerned the government should remain shut down until the Democrats relent from their traitorous devotion to buying votes from illegal aliens.

And if Trump and the sellout wing of the GOP like Mitch McConnell and Lindsay Graham cut a deal on amnesty then I want the fucking bastards to pay come November.

The Senate Democrats surrendered on DACA and voted to fund the government.

Seems they checked the polls and found out that the public doesn't like the idea of the government being shut down because the Democrats are fighting for illegal aliens and not their constituents.

That and the Dems are actually concerned about citizens in need not receiving the services they need to survive, and for the government workers who need to take home a paycheque as much as any other employee does. All this is in stark opposition to pretty much anything the GOP now believes in with pretty much everything that they do believe seemingly coming out of a horror story written by Ayn Rand while she was out of it on a mixture of meth, bath salts, and wood alcohol.

You either have a conscience or you don't. There's not much middle ground when it comes to these kinds of beliefs.

The Dreamers absolutely are illegal aliens and if they weren't there would be no debate over them.

Also, the Bill of Rights does not apply to illegal aliens in its entirety.

Illegal aliens do not have the right to buy a gun, for instance. They do not have the right to vote. They do not have the right to freedom of travel within the USA. &etc.

But they do have a right to a speedy deportation hearing and after they're removed from the USA some of them will be stripped of the right to travel to the USA for the rest of their lives.
