$1:
A solution may be found in Massachusetts law, which requires a community to provide a place to bury someone "dying within its limits."

The harbour is within city limits, isn't it? Just tie a large rock to the corpse and throw it in the harbour. Problem solved.

$1:
An expert in U.S. burial law...

How does one become an expert in such a thing? And why would you want to?

I understand people's being upset, but disrespect for a dead body is not useful. Bury the corpse, in accordance to Muslim standards and be done with it.

Agreed, he's dead, nothing worse you can do to him now... disrespecting a dead body to make the living feel good is just a wee bit sick.

$1:
BOSTON -- Boston Marathon bombing suspect Tamerlan Tsarnaev has been buried in an undisclosed location outside the city of Worcester, police said Thursday after a frustrating weeklong search for a community willing to take the body.
"As a result of our public appeal for help, a courageous and compassionate individual came forward to provide the assistance needed to properly bury the deceased," Worcester police said in a statement.

Don't they have an incinerator and toilet handy?

The fuck's family should be paying for his burial if they want him buried at all or, maybe the Boston Police Dept can bill Al Qaeda or one of the other terrorist organization. But since I seriously doubt they'd reply to an email or a bill collector why doesn't the Police Dept and US Government just take the money out of the frozen funds from one of these shit stain organizations to pay for this scum bags burial and to cover the costs or protecting the funeral home.

But if you think about it why should the public this prick vowed to destroy be responsible for supplying his final resting place especially since he's supposedly in heaven now boinking all those virgins.

I dunno. He is not a US citizen, so he could just be sent back to Chechnya.

IMO, he gave up his rights to the burial or cremation he wanted. Cremate him if no city wants to have him in the ground. No reason to make him a martyr by giving morons with the same ideas a place to worship.

Totally agree. He's dead, there's nothing more we can do to him. That's between him and god now.

I think the fate of the body should be unknown.

Because of the crime committed any details of handling of the body should not be available to family or the public.

The public, fine. Family should know. Regardless of what he did, family should know. Family should take care of it too.
His parents are in Chechnya. Send him there. He's not a citizen. Let them handle it.

The parents-of-the-year winners are on the run after the Chechen government kicked them out of the country. Seriously, how much of a wanker does someone have to be to get kicked out of a shithole like Chechnya? :?
