Like a wading pool will make much of a difference. How pathetic that she is held captive in a poor environment with no other elephants for company. I know sending her to freedom is likely not an option but there must be a better facility with other elephants that she could be relocated to.

Vets say she can't be transported, as she would likely die.

I wonder if she could walk. Make it like a distance trip, where there are waypoints set up with food and shelter for the night. She and some handlers walk to another sanctuary.
