Great news if this turns out to be a significant easing of trade barriers. Is there another democratic country that has such stupid hindrances to their own economy. Just as education and health care should be federal, so people get the same deal all over the country.

That's not part of this deal - this deal is about removing trade barriers (such as professional standards, transportation policies, etc.) between provinces.
