If it really happened, then it'll be the first thing Trump has done that I agree with.

Any number of options can follow with such a course of action. I recall Reagan holding Libya accountable and Gaddafi went quiet for a very long time.

A day before China is in America and N Korea is the major subject of the day.

Yep feels so upset about those children he won't let them in as refugees. Send more bombs to 'help'.

Remember that time back in 2013 when all the Republicans supported President Obama when he asked for congressional approval to bomb Syria for gassing their own civilians? Yeah, neither do I. :|

So if Obama launched missile strikes against Assad / Syria for using chemical weapons against babies and children it's a justified response when Trump does it's not, okay cool.

What made the little kids that were gassed to death this week more precious than the ones that were gassed to death four years ago. The Republicans that are either silent or playing the "line up behind the president" card right now were all aghast when Obama wanted to do the same thing back then that Trump did tonight. I'm not commenting on the right or wrong of the US attack. I'm just getting a good giggle at the hypocrisy of then versus now. To wit:

First, there is a big difference between being outside the WH and being within it listening to opinions from military experts and having to make a decision yourself.

Second, Assad crossed the red line before, there were no consequences which really ruined he U.S reputation and emboldened Russia to enter the Ukraine. America does not want to allow this to continue over and over while just watching these sick events.

This was a one off attack (as of now), and it might be the motivation Syria and Russia need to alter their manner. Or, it could be a precursor to more attacks and keep Assad on his toes about what further actions that could follow.

Syria and North Korea have been put on notice, finally I might add, after years of sabre rattling. China meets with Trump tomorrow and N Korea will be key on that agenda along with economic issues. One way or another, a nation leader like the nut in N Korea should not be allowed to exist on our planet, it poses a risk to everyone. So, it's a global problem whether we like it or not.

WTF has Obama got to do with it? That was then, this is now. You're as bad as Trump.

10 points to the military advisors for making him warn the Russians and limiting the strike to the base the gas attack was launched from. Made it a good move militarily and tempered it for the allies.

Unfortunately, like I said in my previous post - that's exactly how the Arab world is going to interpret it. Trump's ban on Syrian refugees takes anything to be proud of out of the fucking equation.

Obama wanted to do something about the use of WMD redline that every US president prior to him adhered to. The GOP congress refused to support him. This should not be forgotten as the spin machine gears up over the next hours and days.

And anyone who says they care about Syrian kids now when they didn't give a damn about any of them before needs to be called out on their lying bullshit.

Trump's past Tweets were before he became POTUS and now knows the weight of the position Obama carried for 8 years.
