This is why I feel Trump is not suited to be President. Forts the President of Mexico, now the Aus PM. Diplomacy is part of the job, and Trump just doesn't have that gene.

Turnbull probably refused the deal with Obama about 1200 'refugees' that the Aussies absolutely don't want. Can't imagine why.. I mean all refugees the same, right ? Except maybe the ones who burn the camps. Instead Obama agreed they were to go to the US. I used 'were'.

Those camps make ones in Kenya, Jordan, Ethiopia and Uganda look like Club Med. It's no wonder people are willing to die, rather than live there indefinitely.

Yes he did, now where is the Aussies sense of decency? I believe those fleeing from ISIS should be given a place to live. I genuinely feel sorry for them and their suffering angers me to no end, and doesn't allow my heart to feel much sympathy for the bastards in ISIS when they are destroyed. Let's think about this though. Why can't they flee to nations nearby? How many other nations in the Middle East are rejecting these same refugees? it's absurd that somehow America or Europe is responsible for all of these refugees. Not only does everyone else have to deal with this, but so many of these same countries in the M.E who are directed threatened, don't help in the effort. One important note. If not for the selfishness of the alt-left in America supporting the 11 million ILLEGAL Mexican immigrants in America, there might be an appetite and capacity to help these refugees from Syria who really need help. Just as debt and bad trade deals have consequences, so does illegal immigration.

And where is your sense of decency towards Australia ? There is a reason the Aussies don't want them.

There is a reason the Aussies don't want them. Where did I give any indecent opinion of Australia? The Aussies don't want them because they've been burned before. I understand the xenophobia. But that doesn't mean people need to live in that squalor, and sending them back to (in many cases) die isn't acceptable either. Obama understood that.

The Aussies had a big problem a decade ago with immigrants. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Violence_ ... ontroversyAs the article states, it was a bit overhyped. $1: An Australian study into the statistics of these attacks concludes that "In the light of poor criminological evidence and a plethora of evocative images, the global media has propagated and fostered claims about crimes and racism related to that are well outside the evidence." But the attitude persists to this day.

This is just the latest coordinated talking-point from the media is to report on what's "reportedly" said in Trump's phone calls. Now watch as Trump has a conversation with someone else and when the media "reports" on it he'll go public with the actual conversation and then make the media look like the lying bastards that they are.

DrCaleb DrCaleb: I understand the (Australian) xenophobia. No, you clearly don't because you're slandering their reaction to very real situations as 'xenophobia'. The concerns of the Aussies are quite valid. http://www.news.com.au/national/crime/t ... 0eecce7d80https://pjmedia.com/homeland-security/2 ... melbourne/& etc. If the Muslim immigrants are bringing terrorism with them then it makes sense to keep them out. Maybe you can petition Trudeau to take the 1600 radical Islamists that Obama was trying to bring to the US from Australia. You know, the same 1600 shitstains that Trump just told the Aussies we're NOT going to take. Stand up for your principles and have them move to your town. ![Drink up [B-o]](./images/smilies/drinkup.gif)

And I posted no slander, I quoted the article I linked to. BartSimpson BartSimpson: If the Muslim immigrants are bringing terrorism with them then it makes sense to keep them out. I quite agree. The question is, are they? 30,000 people in Canada say 'no'. We've seen a sharp spike in car bombings outside churches and a wave of beheadings at local malls since. Oh . . .wait . . . On second thought, let's send them back so ISIS can kill them. Oh, no that wouldn't be fair. We should keep them where they are and let them kill themselves over a massive feeling of the lack of progress their lives and their children's lives are going to take. Since we're using the emotional arguments, that is.
