I loved growing up in the Northen suburbs near Wisc., but I think I will not raise a family any nearer to Chicago than that...

19? Punching an 11 year old in the stomach over a f..king beach ball? No wonder I have no faith in mankind, this just baffles me, it makes no sense what so ever. I don't care if they were drunken idiots, if you're a good person sober you still hold on to enough of yourself when your drunk to know not to do something like this/ even drunk I still have morals. These 2 f..king idiots should be thrown in jail for a couple of weeks and let the other prisoners know why they're there. Even most felons know you shouldn't hit kids.
