This 110 year old line was not built to handle the size of trains thats going over it today. I live 300m from it and I dont feel very safe anymore. I noticed the other day while out walking, watching the track flexing every time a set of wheels went over it. Some of the friggin spikes were an inch out of the ties.
Thats 2 derailments in the last 3 months, and a pusher engine on fire going down the track a mile behind the lead locomotives. This line is a disaster waiting to happen.
