Yeah, those big Texas cities are renowned for their embrace of diversity. Ever been to Tokyo?

Thought not.
I've been to all the cities I mentioned, I viewed far less discomfort with people among other races. I'm a student of behavior. In Tokyo they treat you with more respect because they know you aren't Japanese, they welcome you with politeness and friendliness in a very homogeneuous country.
I have personally experienced multiple incidents of racism in Toronto, been victimized when jumped and robbed and cursed at many years ago because I was caucasian in a multi-cultural part of Toronto.
I will put any of the above cities against Toronto on the racism scale. Try riding the TTC during rush hour and you will really see the racists come out. The guy in this story felt comfortable enough to show his racism in a bank in front of many people. Disgusting.
