*sigh* Missed the point again didn't ya? Look, 5 plants is NOT a grow-op, it's personal use. By handing out jail sentences for as few as 5 plants it's going to encourage people to quit growing for personal reasons and just buy it from possible questionable sources. Considering simple possession doesn't get you jail time and growing as few as 5 plants will, I fail to see how this will put a dent in the industry. As a matter of fact, it just might end up pumping MORE money into the organized crime section of pot growing and distribution.
