Trying to get the ban overturned with a lawyer? If the Java blows so consistently why would he want to go back? Why did he keep going back? Internet forums have trolls, maybe Timmies has Jimmy Craig!?

Some people are just not happy unless they are complaining. i have worked in the retail industry long enough to know that you can not make every one happy no matter how hard you try.

Wow, this dude is about as sharp as a bag of marshmallows. He's gonna contact a lawyer about having his ban lifted on a place where he can't stand the coffee.

The coffee is so bad he's gonna spend money on legal fees just to drink it again?

See, it's customers like this that I hate. The one's that don't know how to give up and try something else.

Listen Jimmy, if you keep trying the same thing, expecting different results, you're insane.

As for the banning of customers, this is a practice my store partakes into every-so-often... But usually only with what I call "Militant Customers", the ones that have printed out pages and pages of "Guidelines", vague threats about contacting the impotent Better Business Bureau, and other nonsense that clogs the tills.)

I completely support Timmy Ho's decision here, and kudos to the manager and employee's, who did far more then they should have ever done for this asshole.

Go to Starbucks or something, dickhead.


I agree. But I also wonder if this guy is a glutton for punishment, but
somehow gets some kind of perverse fun doing what he did.

I think head office, as well as the people working in those particular Timmies, have something WAY more important to do...
