Dude can't even spell "Stanley Cup Champion" properly....guess it's been a while in Montreal.

How many Cups does Boston have again? And how many has Montreal won?
How many Cups has Boston won in a row?
Yeah, I don't think Bruins fans should even try and compare numbers with Habs fans anytime soon. And that comes from a guy who dislikes the Habs even more than he dislikes the Leafs.

Really? That argument?
Nobody is comparing total cups, as it's irrelevant to talk about current teams and players in a league of 30 teams compared to a league with 6 teams 50 years ago. Want to talk abouut '86 and '93....that's relevant.
Habs fans need to take it easy with the chest thumping, "no respect" mantra and be a little less hypocritical about the other teams players when they've had their fair share of pests.
You might have a point IF Boston wasn't an Original Six team, but it is. It's been around as long as the Habs and has a third as many Cups. That should tell you something.
But if you want to talk 'modern NHL', then you probably have to go back to 1967 when they expanded - the Habs still have more Cups that Boston using that measure (7-3).
Even going back to the 80s as you suggest - the Habs still have twice as many Cups as Boston does (2-1).
Sorry, but by any reasonable measure and as much as it pains me to say it, the Habs come on out top in the Stanley Cup Champion department.
