The story is from today's Question Period in the House of Commons.
A Bloc MP recently complained to the Speaker that he was not getting answers to his questions. The Speaker replied, "That's why it is called Question Period, not Answer Period".
Lots of theater, pontification, obfuscation, posturing. The opposition wants to score points, the government wants to avoid answering the questions.
The Liberals asked the first five questions, all on the same topic - EI premiums.
