Since January 2012, police have come in contact with the pair, aged 14 and 15, 142 times, Const. Anne Drennan said Tuesday. Many of the run-ins have been with transit police.
"They have been a problem for quite some time. They have been arrested numerous times and are released on conditions, very often breaching those conditions and re-arrested. It's kind of a revolving door scenario," Drennan said.
"They are a serious, ongoing problem."
Uhh... *sigh* See we have these things we like to call
prisons or
jail, where we lock up people like this, those who cannot conduct themselves in a manner consistent with the law.
I'm just mentioning this because I'm worried that judges in BC may not know we have them. 142 encounters with the law. How do they let it get this god damn bad? I question their competence.
