We aren't the only ones that would like to see the PLA Carrier as an artificial reef.

Missiles made navy ships all but obsolete 50 years ago. The navy has been relegated to this special mission role ever since. An aircraft carrier group has a chance because it can set up a perimeter. However the cruise missile has a range of 3000 miles and by now has been tricked up to stealth capability, fly low, search an area and etc.
