:( It was a decent show. Not as good as Atlantis, kind of 'anime-ish'. But OK. It's just some of the last Sci-Fi on the ummmm Sci-Fi channel.

Get rid of it, and all they'll have is wrestling.

Maybe if they had put it in a better time slot than 10PM on Friday...

Fridays are where shows go to die. Remember firefly?

It seems they really are trying to kill this series, they botched SG1 when they added Vala as a main cast, Atlantis was going strong but hell, kill it anyways, now SGU, something they never even gave a chance. I hope someone else takes up the series.

All I can say is thank goodness Star wars was a movie in the 1970's and not a TV show today because Syfy would have canceled it.

"Caprica" was cancelled because it was so stinking boring. Notice that Syfy has greenlighted a new BSG series to cure that problem.

I don't think Star Trek TNG could have survived in todays climate, what a shame. How many new TNG caliber shows are we missing out on.

Trapped several galaxies away on an automated ancient ship they have no control over, no supplies and no chance of reinforcements or rescue; with a borderline schizoid Colonel as leader, and a race of very powerful aliens trying to gain control of the ship.

It was entertaining, but required a much healthier dose of the suspension of disbelief than most Stargate shows required. Atlantis was far superior.

Other than it not being very Stargatey(new word!), it was a decent show that was getting better. I bet it would have succeeded if they nixed the SG from it. SciFi/SyFy is so much fail I really doubt they'll ever make a decent show again.

I think with both SGU and Caprica the problem is demographical in nature. SyFy is pitching to the 16-24 crowd and the ages for both of these shows were 26+

It may be time for SyFy to get out of Sci-Fi.
