Funny - years back an acquanitance of mine had a rather beautiful girl obsessed with him and she was clearly stalking him. This was around 1990-91 and stalking still wasn't quite the deal it is now. In any case, I asked him if she was all that bad and he started dating her and etc.

They're still very happily married.

Eastern Canada should demand a subsidy so their stalking rates come down to what we pay here in the west. We need a stalking equalization program, the SEP.

Nice idea! Maybe you can create a tax benefit to attract Eastern stalkers to the West so you've got a better slice of diversity represented?
