I would certainly question the standards/mentality of anyone who considers this 'sport/entertainment'. No less 'entertaining' than would be a beer and a hotdog, and watching seals being beaten to death with a club!

No we don't. SPAIN does, but that doesnt mean EVERY European likes it, or that Europe is one country.
As far as most Europeans are concerned, they can ban it, force them to stop it by cutting off the subsidy Spain gets (and that is a LOT). Its disgusting and has no other use than entertainment and I dont see the entertainment in it. A lot of us Europeans laugh loud when one of those "matadors" or whatever the hell they are called dies or gets a bullhorn through his nuts. "You had it coming".
