Don't give them any more ideas. :|

It's probably a good idea though. It's only a matter of time before a cardiac survivor sues the ball diamond/hockey arena for not adequately informing him/her of the potential health risk the hot dogs could impose on them.

"Cardiac patient awarded $12M for Hot Dog Induced Heart Attack"...

Oh yea... salad and water while at a hockey game... right  Not for me!

Healthy alternatives sure, offer them, some will go for it but don't take away those "traditional" choices that for some is a treat that they'll only have while at a sports venue (or while watching sports).

I don't have a problem with them mandating SOME healthy options, but the ratio shouldn't be anywhere near 80% healthy and 20% unhealthy.

One of the joys of going to a game or a movie is to enjoy something you wouldn't at home, even if it is 10 times the price of everywhere else.

They should offer both. I have a problem with being told what to eat and where to eat it.. bring on the tuna salad and bring on the salmonella!

I was watching the world cup in South Africa (which I'll be going to in 2 weeks for a few days), and noticed the fans were getting shitfaced drunk in the stands and smoking weed too.

Supposedly RSA police don't care, and getting hammered while enjoying sport in the stands is a fine and dandy tradition in the nation.

Can't wait.

While here, soon we won't even be able to get a fucking hot dog.

As much as I like tuna.....I still wouldn't buy snacks at the stadium/arena. Too pricey. I like to eat before I leave, or grab some street meat before and after the stadium.

More regulations that cut into a food vendors profits is exactly what would make me want to invest in a food stand at a sporting facility.

Bring your own tofu or stay home.
