Hell, when I drove cab I've kicked people out because they reeked so bad. I sure as hell wouldn't want to be stuck in a taxi with a cab driver who showers once a month, whether they need it or not.

I'm betting the vast majority of those "east Africans" are actually Somalis. I know someone is going to get their panties in a twist over my saying this but, the Somalis I've run across over here have a nasty hum to them.
