I used this not shortly after lockdown for a medical condition. The app was easy to use and the consult was professional. The follow-up was also top notch as they kept me posted for the booking of the required scan. That said, here in BC we have our own privacy laws and I work with them daily. There should be no skirting the law by telus here. COVID has made a lot of tele-services possible and I am very thankful for this being an appropriate catalyst for development but laws are there for a reason. I would hate to see something like this yanked but come on Telus don't play with fire.
