COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. -- Police in Colorado Springs are responding to a report of an active shooter at a Planned Parenthood clinic.

Police Lt. Catherine Buckley said officers were deployed Friday and the situation has not been stabilized. She didn't immediately have any other details.

CBS Denver reports that one officer was shot in the hand and a second officer was hit, according to the Colorado Fraternal Order of Police.

Multiple victims were reported, and the shooter is said to be barricaded inside Planned Parenthood, CBS Denver reports.

What jumping to conclusions ? Someone shot up Planned parenthood and is holed up inside. That is a fact. His motives are all that are in question right now. He was described as wearing a hunting cap and carrying a long rifle, i.e, right winged. He is shooting up a women s health clinic which has recently come under heavy scrutiny for some fake videos in the news about selling aborted fetuses.

Not jumping to conclusions does not mean ignore the obvious.

If a man named Ahmed walked into a Mohamed caricature competition with a suicide belt and blew himself up, it would not be a stretch to presume he was a Muslim. I see assumptions made with far less evidence on this site, don't be a hypocrite.

Assuming anyone with a hunting cap is a right wing gun nut is pretty much the same thing as assuming every Muslim is a homicide bomber. But for some reason, people tell us not to judge all Muslims by the actions of a few, but the same logic doesn't apply to gun owners.

Not at all, on the issue of gun ownership your friends' views are likely right of centre, or at least right of those whom are against gun ownership all together. If I wear a turban, I may be doing it as a fashion statement, but it is not overly presumptuous to assume I am a Sikh. Otherwise, aren't we all jumping to the conclusion that the whole story isn't just a fabrication of the media all together ? We have to draw the line somewhere.
