What?!? I love how one of the problems this report points to is that only "moderate" progress has been made on healing circles and healing lodges.

If your going to tout these as some kind of solution then is it too much to ask to provide some actual data that shows these alternative forms of justice do anything at all for the amount of time and investment?

Oh and by the way if they do please shut the hell up if we give everyone such an option or pull such an option from everyone regardless of skin color.

Using your expert analysis, Blue Heron Casino would have devastated Rama when it opened but amazingly, it's doing quite well. With the opening of the casino in Ajax, you'd figure that both Rama and Blue Heron would suffer but they're all doing quite well.
