She called today, he did neither, told her her line was running "up to spec" and left.
Her line was downloading at under 100K... when I looked there was a 100 ft flat cord line running to the other room with about 80 ft coiled up and taped right next to where he put the modem. A choke! Don't train them at all these days.
Bastard didn't even turn on Magnifier for the blind old bat, wasn't his job. Gotta go back tomorrow fix it myself.
