Explain to me why Canadians need to apologize for an American problem?

I'm not even sure why America should apologize.
CNN says you guys should though, so if Jesse and the Reverend Al's lineups are too long you can rush up to Toronto and Sandy will be accepting apologies. (j/k of course )

I'd like to say "only in Ontario " but I can easily see every premier (except maybe for Brad Wall) and mayor in this stupid country going along with these troublemakers and genuflecting at them exactly like Tory & The Bag are.
