Isn't that special. This system is and always was a giant clusterfuck but, the fact remains that if I contract someone to supply a service and they fail to deliver on that service I wouldn't pay them one thin dime. So, the Gov't paying for a failed system is ridiculous and if the Conservatives signed a contract that allowed this company to set up a failed system while collecting the entire amount of the contract then someone should swing.

But, rather than just complaining about the Conservatives buying a failed system the current Gov't should be getting their lawyers girded for battle so they can get our money back which, can then be put towards a pay system that works.

But, once again to save face for some high ranking bureaucrat we're going to be on the hook for millions of extra dollars because not one of these gov'ts gives or gave a shit about the Canadian Taxpayer.

The system works as it is supposed to. It's the people who use it who are not trained on how to use it that have been screwing things up.

It was the Conservatives who cancelled the contract for IBM to train users on it's proper operations. Let's put blame where it's due.
