It's ridiculous when so-called fans do shit like that. At least it was an isolated incident and others didn't join in and toss anything else onto the field.

I've seen that happen in junior hockey when people would dislike a call by the referee and throw garbage on the ice. I recall once that the arena announcer stated that if people didn't stop it the referee could end the game and award the win to the opposing team.

Sorry, not willing to jump under the bus with Toronto for this one. Toronto did the crime. They can do the time.

We've been bad on occasion in the West too (well maybe not Toronto bad, but bad). I didn't see Toronto wanting to jump under the bad-boy bus with us in Vancouver when we booed Team Canada in 72. No. It was pointed fingers and J'accuse from the Ontario-yos!

So good luck with that beer throwing and "nigga" name-calling from the outfield Toronto. The rest of us just shake our heads and point at you.
