Insp. Greg Cole and Insp. Shaun Narine, a staff sergeant at the time, told Sgt. Louis Gibb to relay a message to the rank and file that anyone wearing a bandana or other face covering should be stopped and investigated for “wearing a disguise with intent,” Gibb testified Friday.

I wonder why all of the aggressive and suspicious guys dressed in black and wearing full-coverage helmets and face masks were not stopped and questioned?

I also found it ironic they were arresting people for possibly trying to remain anonymous... meanwhile the officers involved are trying hard to have their actions remain anonymous... "I lost my notebook". Convenient.

It's typical that cops who do things they don't want seen will go to crazy lengths to cover it up. Go look at the website 'Photography is not a crime' to see legions of examples of this kind of behavior.

You have to wonder if they dressed them in a different colour than "Darth Vader", maybe there wouldn't have been a riot, at all. Look at them. Don't they just invite aggression?
