Isn't one of the basic ethics of hunting to actually eat or otherwise use whatever it is you kill? If you kill a deer or a moose, either eat the meat yourself or sell it to someone who sells game meats. There's at least one shop here in St. Albert that sold them.

So yeah, just like the guy who shot Cecil the lion, not much sympathy from me.

You can't sell game meat, only farm raised 'game'. Although, if it isn't already legal to sell wild boar meat, it should be.

Hopefully some lions have his head hanging in their den.
