So no then? First of all, most rapes are not reported, so there's no way to know the stats, but I did, nonetheless, find lots of sites saying that your assertion was bullshit, such as:

So your assertion is wrong. But I don't doubt you'll post it again in the future, even though it's proven to be false. I also think you're smart enough to know it probably wasn't true in the first place. But you chose to post the lie anyway. That's both troubling and telling.

People keep trying to fix it, but they base those policies on statistical information that's 25 years out of date in some cases. That leads to policies that fail miserably. And also the reason I chastised Harper for making the census voluntary.
