Rhetoric, rhetoric, rhetoric. Well, if nothing else his speech writers are getting a good workout. But, given his idiotic threats it would appear that he doesn't have a clear grasp of the term nuclear proliferation because, if he did he'd understand that when you threaten nuclear war on someone you'd better make sure they can't obliterate your country without leaving their Jetty's in Yokosuka.

Although, I can see this latest round of threats as nothing more than a prepatory response to the impending disaster that the latest round of sanctions will impose on the people of Disneyland North.
