If true this is the best news I've heard in months, but I sincerely doubt it. But let's say it's best case scenario and Li'l Kim really is in a coma why has there been no evidence of a power vacuum created by his health issues. In authoritarian gov'ts as soon as the "Chief" dies or becomes incapacitated there's normally a power struggle that creates a vast amount of news both inside the country and outside. And for evidence of that just look at what happened when Stalin kicked the bucket.
You had every top communsit official fighting to fill the vacancy and the most devious one turned out to be Kruschev who, by killing off and neutralizing his opponents ended up filling the job vacancy.
