Not really - he's only been released on his own recognisance - he'll be back - it will take at least a year for his actual trial, probably longer - in the meantime, he, or his lawyer, will make his half-dozen bs appearances - this guy is in for major changes in his life regardless of whether he is convicted, or not.
However, if he is in fact convicted - I really hope he doesn't go to Edmonton - if it's still Edmonton that is - and to have the infamously inept NIS involved - poor bastard I say, unless of course they run true to color (there's that word again).
