Still, you'd think that if anyone would know better (and plan ahead), it would be the president of a MADD chapter.

I just hope he feels the full effect of the laws his organization pushed for. But I'll bet he gets a break that average guys wouldn't.

He's a chapter president, not a national executive. He'll likely be treated no better than anyone else.
