Not to me and I think, not sure though, that Martin was indicating what I've been dwelling on. As you posted Brazil is kind of notorious for rapes and sex with underage girls with very few people or the government caring. Matter of fact about 10 years or more ago it was revealed that the Gov. was sending out hit squads till kill street kids. So some people coming there will have a very low expectations on how to act and treat the people.
